I ordered the free samples from Cleanwhites and DazzleSmile and cancelled within the allowed risk-free time. Then a few weeks later I noticed charges from these companies on my statement. The DazzleSmile charges was under the name Ultifresh. I called my bank and they told me to try and dissolve this issue with the companies first. I called and left a message for Cleanwhites, but the number for Ultifresh was not in service. I called the numbers that were provided to me by my bank.
