Dazzlesmile went ahead in charging exhorbitant membership fees totalling more than $175 without my permission

I was sent worthless packages and I paid for shipping without clear instruction that I will be paying big amount to become a member. My credit card was charged more than $157.00.
Now the same company is charging me another $25 for fitness membership I never heard of before.
