I saw ad for free sample of dazzlesmile! I sent the 1.90 to cover shipping. I received a "pen" for whitner application. When i received the product there was no mention of trial membership or that i would be enrolled in any membership. There waas no contact number on the web advertisement nor in the package that my free pen came in. This morning while checking my account balance there was a fund on hold for ULTIFRESHWELL for 87.62 to be debited on 11/12/09. I did not authorize any membership or debiting of my account, nor have i received anuthing other than this little pen. After writing this comment i am on my way to my bank to file a copmplaint and avidaffit against this compnay
