They send me an email stating "The ACH transaction (ID #) recently initiated from your bank account (by you or any other person) was rejected bt the Electronic Payment Association.

The report number. Doc is in blue for me to click on to see the reason it was rejected but I just delete the email. I am getting two or three of these a month in last three months. There is no problem with my auto pay items or my payments made on line to phone company and dish tv payment
