I must start off by saying that I am middle aged and disabled. I am on oxygen due to severe asthma and Pulmonary Hypertension. My teeth were destroyed by drugs taken for my condition. I went to Dr. Peterson for new upper dentures, the removal of 5 bottom teeth and 2 dental implants for the bottom. He wanted $10,000. Higher than any other in the area. I had to start by giving him $4,000 for upper dentures and temporary bottom dentures and for the removal of the lower teeth. We started with the upper dentures and fittings. Every time I went back the wax upper teeth were worse. As soon as he realized, or I said, that they weren't correct, he would leave the room with a face and leave it all up to his dental assistant. One day I went in and most of the teeth had already fallen out. The teeth were stuck on the outside of the gum rather than in the gum. Two teeth fell on the floor - Dr. Peterson tried to stick them in the was and then proceeded to put those teeth in my mouth -right from the floor. On that day he told me there was nothing else he could do for me. Okay, I told his assistant - in a nice way - that I would take my money back and go to someone else. I have NEVER seen a dentist like this. All he does is walk into the room and if you tell him the teeth don't fit, he pulls a face and walks out. He's an idiot! Let me add that he almost killed me when taking my impressions. I have had impressions before but NEVER went through such hell. He held my head in one hand and that horrible stuff in my mouth and closed off my throat entirely. Mind you, I am on oxygen and can't breathe. I was about to vomit into my lungs and also about to pull his testicles off when he finally let go. The teeth never did fit. His poor assistant did most of the work with me trying very hard to make them work. I left there looking like I had Halloween teeth in that didn't fit. Those teeth are, of course, unwearable and in the drawer. This man refuses to return my $4,000. He said because of his time. Like my time isn't important. He broke the contract by not giving me teeth that I can wear and NEVER removed my bottom teeth. He also still has all x-rays. He's a very strange man and a horrible dentist that steals from disabled people. OH, I even offered to allow him to keep half of the money and he said "NO." Well, actually, the pussy would never get on the phone, he let his assistant and office girl say it. I spoke to our local consumer rights TV reporter and he told me to come here first and write this report.
Do not go to this dentist. He is a lousy dentist and does nothing but steal thousands from the disabled. He's also very creepy.
