After paying $322.00 I received a small box, the components seriously look as if someone in a garage made them. Very low quality, several components were damaged upon inspection. So I contacted the company to ask for my money back as I believe the product is sub par and was damaged. Not only have they refused a refund, they will take days to get back to me, yet if you are a potential customer they get back to you very quickly. Point blank this item is not worth the price if you buy it I know you will be let down! There are other less expensive traction devices out there that do work (I have tried a few) I wont mention names of those as I just wanted to take the time to write this to warn people away from these guys.
I have since had to initiate a credit card reversal as this company wasn't even willing to work with me (I offered them 100 bucks off me refund to be fair, they still said nope). I will post more on these clowns and let you all know how it goes when I get more time.
