No September 14th I ordered "Risk Free Trial" of the Probiotic Immune Boost. I agreed that I would pay shipping and handling. I receiovred the product and I enjoyed it. I called the companies Customer Service # and I spoke with their rep and wanted to order more. They told me that in about 8 days I would receive an automatic shipment. I asked how much that was and they said they would deduct $83.91 from my account. This is in accordance with their terms and agreements http://www.probioticimmuneboost.com/JJU445/terms.Asp. I told them that they can cancel my subscription. They agreed and I asked if I would be charged any future payments. And they said No. This was on Oct 3rd. On Oct 5th they charged my account $83.91 On Oct. On Oct 14th I called them up again and they said that as of their terms, they deducted the payment for the "Risk Free Trial" since I didn't call them back and say I wasn't satisified. I said that since I canceled before they deducted it, that they should either reverse my credit card or send me the next shipment of the product. Please contact these people and have them reverse my credit card or send me the product. M
