Didn't obtain path package

I requested an effort package by accepting to pay for the delivery only. On August 25 you charged my charge card $78.41 for that complete one month tooth bleaching Full Plan. I obtained just one package for that total plan. But I didn't obtain the two (2) more needles of skilled-degree dental needle of OrthoWhite bleaching treatment for tell Family and Friends. Additionally, used to do not get the free 1 week test of OrthoWhite™.

Again, used to do not purchase the entire plan - I just desired the test package.
