We purchased a Softub 300 from Superior Softub of Wyoming, a dealer for Softub. We also purchased a complete deck surround, with the understanding we could return the deck if we could not use it. The deck will not fit in the space we have for the tub, thus we can't use it. We have contacted the dealer, and have gotten a run around about returning it.
We have repeatedly call the dealer and He never returns our calls, and usually dont even answer his phone. I have also left a coment on his web-site and recieved no responce.
I have also contacted the Softub headquartes (www.softub.com) and have not recieved any responce from them. Softub web site have supposed live chat feature, which I tried and nobody seems to be there to chat.
We understand it is our responcability to pay any return shipping fees, but we do expect a refund on the purchace price of the deck.
We would at least like some kind of responce from Softub or their dealer, Superior Softub, concerning direction to return the deck.
