The Warehouse Pharmacy
Pharmacy Dominican Republic Called me with a offer for Medication at a low price

I received a call from 305-434-4190 from a person who asked me if I was still taking meds I had purchased in the past. I assumed they were they same company I had purchased from in the past with no problems so I told him my prescription and he gave me a very low price about half what I pay at Costco.
He was from the Dominican Republic and said I had to pay by Western Union but he would not get the money until I gave the fed ex delivery man the 10 digit number on the western union transaction when the delivery came. Sounded good enough and western union rep at publix verified that was true. It was not! He got the money right away I did not know that. This morning hours before fed ex was supposed to deliver he called and said the warehouse accidently sent me 2 months supply and for $120 I would have 2 months worth. Since one month was $169.95 that was a good deal so I sent him another $120.
It was 12 noon. At about 1:30pm I was frustrated it had not been delivered and then I received a call from a Scott Gibbs from 310-818-4574 stating he was a FDA Officer and I was in trouble. I told him these were meds I was already taking and I had a prescription. He said it did not matter cause I was using the Pharmacys Doctor instead of mine so I had broken the law. I had told the Pharmacy I would have my Doctor call it in they said they took care of that so not to worry. This Scott Gibbs tells me I need to call Steve Rogers who was a US Customs agent at 829-546-4258 for my Court date and maybe I could work out a fine to get out of it since I was scammed. Scott Gibbs also said the Warehouse had been raided in the last 30 minutes and shut down and all went to jail and I was next. I told him to go F%$# himself! He said police would be coming to arrest me today. I hung up.
I then received another call from the Warehouse saying they had under charged me and I needed to pay $100!! I told that guy that the FDA and Customs were involved and they said the Warehouse was shut down. He said they were scamming me and not to worry about them that the Warehouse was up and running no problem and my meds were on the way. I told him when the meds arrive with a legitimate prescription I would talk about it. They never came and he never called me again.
The 305 number only accepts messages and they will not answer the phone.
I did some research and found the 305 number is out of Ft. Lauderdale registered to a John at 14980 Windbluff St Ft. Lauderdale, Fl 33331 and he is 94 years old! This is not the person I was speaking with. I Googled Dominican-Republic-Scam-Pharmacy and found a scam notice on the AARP website which had the name and phone number of the REAL FDA Officer investigating "The Warehouse Pharmacy". His name is Matthew Rosenberg at 800-521-5783. He said it was a double scam where they take your money for meds that will never come then try to extort you for money to stay out of jail. Exactly what they did to a tee! They are being investigated by Rosenberg at the FDA currently. The scam has been running since Nov 08'.
So don't get f'd like I did. Be smart and pay the big bucks locally for your meds! I got a $335 lesson with Western Union charges! Won't happen again.
