I have onethat bounced 7/23/09. Here is what I have learned after several phonecalls made over a couple of weeks - and much effort to be patient andreasonable. Walgreens has absolutely horrible service. I received a$13 Check from them - first one had a piece ripped off, right where theaccount# should have been. The 2nd one bounced! I just knew this had tobe a horrible mistake and it would be corrected ASAP - or in fact that Iwould get a call or letter. I got no such thing. No apology letter, noexplanation, just excuses! Oh and extra bank fees charged to me that they haveyet to address. So, they have lost my business, no because of anerror... They happen, but simply because of incredibly bad service. I gota replacement check a few days after the NSF Return. I am awaiting therefund of the bank fee my bank imposed. No one seems remotely willing tohelp with that. How do companies go out of business? One dissatisfied customer at a time.
