Needless to say my temper came out and finally was told that I would not be charged for the product.
My credit cad statement will tell. You must make them give you a RMA# in order to return it and make sure you get a delivery confirmation when you mail it. I almost got cleaned out without the product. Be careful, if it's to good to be true, don't buy. They should be stopped, they collect $83 from you if your not careful. Fight for your money, don't let them have it.
