Colon Cleanse 3000 - Acai Berry Breeze Deceptive marketing/advertising/shipping tactics. BEWARE, 14 day "FREE" Trial Period starts on date order is PLACED!

Are they using the USPS, a FEDERAL institution, to make their little play on words and timing to fulfil their scam? Read below where I explain about their shipping label. Surely their shipping method has got to be an offensive use of the FEDERAL institution, USPS

.

I too, was sucked in by the deceptive advertising done by Colon Cleanse 3000 and Acai Berry Breeze. They lure you in with the FREE 14 day trial offer... Pay only $4.95 S/H. So I ordered both products around August 13th.

First $4.95 was deducted from my account on 8/13 for the Berry Breeze, then another $. 14 referencing Berry Breeze also. (I received the Berry Breeze on 8/31.)

Then another $4.95 was deducted on 8/17 for the Colon Cleanse 3000 and another $2.35 was deducted on 8/26 referencing DoubleCleanse.com. (I received the Colon Cleanse 3000 on 8/29.)

First, let me explain the. 14 and 2.35 charges. I called my bank and they said because the company was technically from over seas (Carribean), those were Over Seas service charges. LOVELY! On a side note, they said they are seeing a lot of these complaints about this company's charging tactics and to come in and file a charge dispute report anyway, which I intend to do.

On 8/26 I also get charged $83.95 for the DoubleCleanse.com. Order placed on the 13th, 14 days trial period means I would have had to call and cancel my membership before the 27th. I only received the Colon Cleanse 3000 on 8/29. No time to "TRY" the product!

On 8/31 I was charged $83.95 from ColoFlush plus another $2.35 from the bank. Again, order placed on the 13th, 14 days "trial" period means I would have had to cancel my membership before the 27th. I received the Acai Berry Breeze on 8/31!!!

Now here's where I think the "slight of hand" is used (along with their tiny "TERMS" link stating the 14 day TRIAL PERIOD STARTS ON DAY ORDER IS PLACED!!!):

This company processes a shipping label REQUEST on the date of the order using USPS (UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE)... Receiving Delivery Confirmation information. So I pulled up the Del. Conf. # of both packages. (See attached links to these Delivery Confirmations) There is a 2 week (14 DAYS!) span of time from the date the label is requested (or shipping info provided to the USPS) until the first scanning of the product by the USPS. So in my opinion, this company is using the USPS in their shipping delay tactic. Certainly this has got to be a federal offense.

At any rate, I was irrate yesterday when I called Colon Cleanse 3000 and cancelled my membership. That $175 deducted from my account this month was supposed to be towards rent money!!!

I hope there will be a class action suite taken out against this company, and if there is, I most certainly want to be a part of it!
