I was sucked into this company thinking it was real health insurance. It wasn't even close to insurance. When you try to get the information that you paid for no one will talk to you. Their customer service department is a joke. Stay way from this company. I was desparate for insurance because I need back surgery. You can imagine how upset I was when I had to reschedule my surgery date twice and still didn't get covered, STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!
