After ordering trial, tried to cancel membership, but email permanently failed, waited a very long time to get through by phone. After 1st cancelation, another product was sent in mail and charged to my account! Called to cancel, rep said that there was no record, had to call bank. Called bank, they said to call company. Tried to call again, but was closed. Then a 3rd product was sent! Third call and got through after a long hold. Was told by rep that they would not charge me for 3rd product, but I had to pay for 1st & 2nd. I offered to pay for 1st, but the 2nd should be taken off because of their clerical error. I asked for a supervisor, she claimed she was the supervisor. I told her that I was going to return all three packages as they are unopened. She then admonished ME for ordering something I wasn't going to use!
Never, never again will I order from this company - difficult to contact, terrible, terrible customer service, no active listening skills, dishonest business practice. Buyers BEWARE! Product is also full of dyes and inactive ingredients not published in the ads. Total rip-off and predator.
