TERMINATION REVIEWThe Organization noted 1,773 cancellations between April 1 and March 31. Asample of 223 cancellations was examined for conformity with Area 636.208, California Statutes. The law takes a complete reimbursement of regular costs when the participant cancels within thirty days ofthe effective time of registration and returns the account card. Six (6) people who terminated their account inside the first thirty days following the effective dateof registration within the strategy and delivered the account card didn't get a reimbursement as requiredby Area 636.208 (2), California Statutes. Corrective Action: The Organization must create methods to make sure that all people whocancel their account inside the first thirty days after the effective date of registration and returnthe account card get a complete reimbursement of regular charges. COMPLAINT/COMPLAINT REVIEWA overview of the Business's criticism record revealed that 254 grievances were documented during thescope of the evaluation. The next issues were mentioned:• 164 grievances were associated with savings not being obtained or perhaps a participant beingovercharged;• 18 grievances were associated with the provider or the provider didn't take the program;• 18 grievances were associated with people not getting required dental services or receivingunnecessary providers;• 5 grievances were associated with quality of support;• 3 grievances were from people seeking a reimbursement of costs;• 11 grievances reported various issues, like the provider getting for documents, usingan out-of-community supplier, incorrect tackle issues, or provider questions; and• 35 grievances had no indicator of the character of the criticism.
