Severe grievances ripoff

I worked for the company.
I filed true, severe grievances and not only did they not act on my grievances or answer me about them or resolve them, they fired me for sending too many e-mails about my grievances because they were not being addressed. They now are pressing criminal charges against me for too many e-mails (23 in a 24 business day period) My grievances were serious and real and frightening.
