Bought an electronic camcorder (new) and obtained an obviously utilized one (badly packed, unsealed with recording inside camera of small child). It had been a clear faulty return — the recording was inadequate quality (additionally they over-charged us by $200 but that is clearly a diverse criticism).
Named them to protest plus they believed to return the camera. Upon return they desired to cost us a $157 restocking charge but was prepared to substitute them to get a "new" camera. We stated we would like nothing significantly less than 100% reimbursement given that they didn't recognize the price or deliver us a brand new camera. We've submitted grievances with this charge card organization, BBB, and town of NY. Please don't actually purchase from Need4Digital. We want we read all of the grievances on this website before using the services of this very un-reputable organization!
