I was a memeber with Melaleuca for nearly a year but with the recession I was unable to afford them, so I called up the company and asked them to cancel my membership. First they said I needed to fax them? I did this and they did not cancel my membership they still send me their items and took money out of my acct? I called again and now they said I had to mail them a letter requesting that I tell them in writing that I want to stop my membership, I did this, again I get another package of things I did not order? And money taken out of my acct, I sent the packages back and had to to pay shipping and handling, I got an email saying that my $103.00 was processed and deposited back to my Melalueca acct? I don't have an acct with them? They took the money out of my chkg acct. They are seedy crooks they are like pushing drug dealers they will not return my money? I have made a report with the U.S. Postal dept for mail fraud
