Consumer rip-off conspiracy between body of change, gold's gym and affiliated acceptance corporation

I moved October 6, from Greensboro, North Carolina, to Dublin, California, due to my daughter's continued depression have left California (her home), to move to my old home in NC. One of the many items I needed to resolve was my training contract with Body of Change, through Gold's Gym, and as administered by, Affiliated Acceptance Corporation. I was told in September, "NO PROBLEM".

I then contacted Affiliated Acceptance Corporation (ACC), and the rep stated that I, indeed, per the contractural agreement, was entitled to a 90% refund of training fees, for a year-long agreement I had entered into in May. All I needed to do was notify, through return-receipt US Postal mail, Body of Change, of my desire to terminate the contract and be refunded within 30 days of receipt of mail the 90% due back to me, the Buyer.

This Contract, in hind site, makes "BUYER'S RIGHTS" look like "SUCKER — GOT YA, RIGHTS"

The "NO PROBLEM" ended up to be, "BIG FRAUD PROBLEM"!!! After repeated attempts to get to a live body in Body of Change, once complying with the submittal of my change of address (moving 2700 miles from the facility), and requesting reconcilation of my account through Affiliated Acceptance Corp, I find myself in May of alledgedly OWING $1,750 to reconcile, including incredible penalities, etc., piled up month, after month, etc.

I, unfortunately, allowed automatic debiting from my checking account in Greensboro, that continued through October for my daughter, and all the way to March, for me.

The final straw, after at least ten discussions with ACC, four in-depth letters, with documentation (redundant documentation, I might add); I get a call from a "Penny at Gold's Gym", in Cary, NC, who pretty much tells me that I've been HAD, and that I better read my contract! As it turns out, someway, somewhere in the process, Gold's Gym received my Body of Change contract, although, in writing, the Contract stated an Acknoledgement that "BODY OF CHANGE, INC., IS INDEPENDENTLY OWNED AND OPERATED AND NOT IN ANY WAY AFFILIATED WITH GOLD'S GYM".

Penny went on to state that I OWED, (here I'm expecting a substantial refund from the fraudlant withdrawal of monies from my checking account), $1,750!!! To reconcile.

I lost it. I said that this contractual agreement was clearly an entrapment to ripoff innocent consumers (by the way, I had signed up for the training for my daughter to help her depression and loneliness), and did not represent an open, fair documentation of an agreement between a Seller and Buyer.

In fact, I went on to state (actually, to scream, in that I was so agitated after 8 months of attempts to reconcile), that this so-called "reconcilation" process had been more trying and traumatic than my 3-year custody and child abuse case filed against my husband, that ended last year!!! Penny, quickly (it was obvious that she had received similar responses to this scam) reminded me to take a look at the agreement.

I asked, "who is the client"? My contract is with Body of Change. All billing went through ACC, and they continue to state "THIS IS AN ATTEMPT TO COLLECT A DEBT", etc., on each month's generic statement, and often not signed, never acknowledging any correspondence to them directly, or to Body of Change. And THEN, I get Gold's Gym, who further iterated, "you can go ahead and get an attorney to pursue this. Many others have tried and failed."

This statement, alone, shows the true intent of the year-long training contract design, TO RIP OFF, a prospective Buyer. Not only that, when I stated that I would make sure, purpose in my heart, personally, that no one, in or around the Greensboro, NC, area, would ever again contract with Gold's Gym, Penny is not even a little disturbed about business development. GOT YA!

So, I will do something to reconcile, I just don't know how to go about it, without getting too emotionally and spirtually spent.

Talk about your UN-FIT FITNESS CLUB CONSPIRACY RIPPOFF!!! YMCA, all the way. NEVER AGAIN...

Now I'm depressed, not my dauther!!!
