On January 14, I visited Dr. Carl F. Asseff to get a problem with my eyes. Dr. Asseff handled me for a watch disease associated withthe contact lenses. I went there to get a many appointments, on acerage every 3 to 4 months. Dr. Asseff gathered his costs towards the last decimal-point from my helth insurance and myself. The final visit was on April 25. Dr. Asseff offered a prescribtion for brand new contacts. Once the period found get the lenses from his workplace, he withheld them from me and declined to provide me the lenses or my precription for that contacts. I named him back and requested him to determine me or provide me the prescription. He declined and insulted me good-time. I want my prescription or perhaps a reimbursement of the cash he gathered from me going back six-month. I've been robbed out-of my period, cash and also the aggrevation to strugle to determine obvious.
