I would never recommend this company. First, they sent me scratched equipment, used retapped medical box, missing a part and impossible to deal with customer service and management. Once they sold the equipment to me, they didn't care about me anymore. Also, they weren't suppose to sell this equipment anymore because of the issue with the warranty, and they did anyway. They told me I had a 5 year warranty, but THOR LASER told me I only have a one year warranty. Med1 than told me they spoke to THOR after 4 months, and they will honor the 5 years. Med1 refuses to send me a copy of my warranty and tell me who they spoke with at THOR, so I have no idea if I have a warranty or not. I am in the process of filing a complaint with the BBB and Attorney General's office.
I would not recommend this company for anything.
