I bought 2 sets of spectacles - obvious and prescription solar - on May 30.

Inside A timeapproximately, the prescription sun-glasses contact sprang out - and kept coming out. The very first opportunity I'd to come back towards the shop for fix was 11 times after purchase on June 10.

At 12:00 the salesman explained the contacts required remade and could be prepared in 1- 1 1/2 hours. I delivered in 1 1/2 hours to hold back another 1/2 time for support.

I had been informed at 2:00 the spectacles were prepared. The salesman passed me the spectacles - however they were barely colored. I told the salesman these were different shade whilst the contacts I delivered. She said these were.

She gathered the aged contact with a-side-by-side contrast, the contacts weren't exactly the same night degree as what I particularly required in my own initial purchase, which these contacts were changing.

With no appology - i had been just told i'd to attend another time.

The Carolina Place Mall Lens Crafters team is inefficient - unprofessional - rude and unaccommodating.

I settled a higher cost for Contact Crafters support and was handled VERY BADLY, lost-time from function and needed to create an additional journey out-of my method to get my spectacles WITHOUT ANY APPOLOGY.
