When I received my "free" trial of Power Cleanse, the package was crushed and the seal on the container was broken. I was afraid to take the product because of the condition it was in and I called to explain the situation. I told the person on the phone not to send any more of the product and not to charge my account.
Later, I received a bank statement indicating that my account had been debited $79.95 on 4/22/09. Then, on 5/16/09 I received another shipment. I went on the e-mail address that I had been given ([email protected]) and still couldn't get through to the company. I then went on under PowerCleanse.com and clicked on "contact us".
I told the company that I did not want the product and that I wanted the $79.95 returned to my account, ASAP! I asked for an address to return the product, as there was no return address on the package. I also asked for the RMA number, which they indicated I needed.
I have made numerous phone calls, but just keep being put on hold with never an answer by a human being. Upon sending the e-mail on 5/16 I copied a reply that I would be contacted in 24-48 hours. Never happened!
