When i first went to lvac to sign up, i was told that i was signing a two year contract which to 99.9 % of people means 24 months. At the end of 24 months, i cancelled the auto pay from my bank account and about 4 months later, i noticed an negative entry on my credit report for $82. When i called to inquire they told me i had two months left on my contract that i hadnt paid for. I told them i had signed a two year contract and they then informed me that i signed a 26 month contract. They didnt even bother to notify me in writing, they just stuck it on my credit report. I would also like to mention that i had been going to the eastern and 215 location in henderson and my locker had been broken into twice. The first time, my keys were missing and the second time my watch was missing. Thank god i had a spare key hidden on my vehicle and was able to leave that day. Not to mention the fact that the place is always over crowded and the service there sucks. When you call corporate office or visit them, they are always rude and could care less about rectifying the situation they only want your money. I ended up paying it off but i will never join this gym and would highly recommend not joining this gym.
