Thieves and incompetence

Ive been using this same pharmacy for years since ive had my diagnosis with spastic colitis. I get prescribed Dicyclomine 90x and Diazepam 90x5mg. I usually get a 3 month prescription. I had to have a prescription called in b/c my Doc couldnt see me on my normal visiting schedule so i went to pick it up when CVS called me and told me it was ready. I picked it up, took it home (i live less then 5miles away) and as i tore the tag off for insurance filing, i take out the bottle and it feel lighter then normal. I open the top and it sure doesnt look as full as it usually does so i count them. Its only 60, im missing 30. I call CVS with in 20mins of being gone and inform them i was shorted 30 pills.

First i was placed on hold then someone came back and told me they count them twice and it was correct. I was put on hold again and i spoke with someone else who told me their inventory matched up and that i received the 90 and stated again they double count all narcotics. She set aside for me 30 more, which i picked up the next day. I asked how they count, hand or machine? They say hand. I asked who counts them twice the same person. She said yes. Some double count...

So my 2nd refill i get the prescription, get in my car in the parking lot. I can tell immediately it was 90 in the bottle, and even made sure and counted right then and there. All is well.

My last refill on this prescription i call in @1pm for pickup @4pm. I get to CVS at 430ish. Pick up my prescription and a few other things. Get home tear off the tag for insurance, pull out the bottle and it feels light... Im thinking no f*king way. I open the bottle and immediately notice it is NOT 90. Counted 60. Shorted AGAIN. I call CVS immediately and get the same story. You got 90, our inventory is correct, we double count, well be happy to flag your account to count the pills in front of you on every refill. I said fine, flag it, color it, light it up, but what about the 30 im short. Sorry they say... B/c this happened twice from some incompetent thieving a*hole.

I now feel like im being persecuted like im a addict. Not only will i not recieve the required medication, but now i will have to wait for the retards to count out 90 pills everytime i go.

I will NOT be returning to CVS, and i will advise anyone and everyone i know that CVS rips you off and employs folks who either cant count, or addicts themselves.
