Worst hospital for kids

Listed here is my horrible encounter with MUHC, the toughest clinic for children!

Week 1:

It just happened in mid-Feb. We delivered our 2-year old boy to IM of the clinic for excessively poor racing coughs; nurses offered him goggles and delivered us back having a prescription for 4 times for Asthma. Can it be Asthma or Pneumonia? The physicians there never offered him an x ray or any check;

Week 2:

Sunday - We delivered him to IM again since he abruptly got a higher temperature and vomited many times, lips turning orange. After FIVE hours waiting, Physician Konstantin examined his neck and stated it had been red but okay. He recommended using Tylenol; he achieved around for 5 minutes, offered him a serving Tylenol and did no-test at-all;

Mon - hrs after we returned (currently night), my boy screamed at nighttime and had hallucination because of continual, 40-level plus temperature. We named ambulance and hurried him to IM again, a triage nurse informed us that it'd be considered a 10-time-delay and stated all his signs were due to temperature. We'd to depart.

Tuesday - My boy was shaking each morning and his lips were orange, heat nevertheless above 40 levels, we visited IM again of the exact same clinic (How SILLY!). After 6 hours waiting, a health care provider examined his ears and lungs; it got him three minutes to determine it had been okay and offered him no-test or prescription again;

Thursday – Our boy currently had high temperature for 5 times! We were insane and understood that delivering him to Montreal Kid's Clinic will be the toughest option. We visited the neighborhood CLSC, the physician immediately delivered him for x ray. It ended up he'd had Pneumonia for quite a while! Possibly because he'd Asthma (based on Montreal Kid's Clinic) fourteen days before. The CLSC prescribed some antibiotics and my boy needed to go for five times.

Nowadays were the toughest period in existence for me personally and my spouse; we were thus terrified by my son’s signs of Pneumonia. However now I recognize the more scary component is the fact that these breaks at Montreal Kid's Clinic hadn't minimal medical abilities or integrity (or equally) to save lots of our youngsters! They get 6-number wages destroying our children’s lifestyles!
