I went to this nail salon and asked the price for a french tip manicure. The only price they told me was $65.00. I asked if there was anything cheaper than that, and the owner told me no. I was unaware that they were overcharging me. I ended up paying $70.00, which included a $5.00 tip.
I was questioned by friends later on why I paid so much for my nails. I decided to make an anonymous call and was told that the price for a french tip manicure was $20.00. I went down to the salon and spoke w / the owner who refused to refund my money for misleading me and only telling me the expensive price.
She kept making excuses that my nails were too short and that she had done acrylic on my nails. Acrylic nails are cheap, there is nothing expensive about it. Even the french tip white color was painted on, which made it much cheaper. Since she refused to hear me out or refund my money, I had no other choice but to leave a disgruntled customer.
