I order a "Sample" kit and paid for it.
They sent two boxes that were identical, except one said, Sample and the other said "complete kit". The contents were the same in each box. Then they charged my credit card for the 2nd one FULL price.

In addition, there were no instructions on HOW to use the product!

I called my credit card, and reported it.

I had to void and change my credit card number.
