Signed up for free trial. On 1/6/09. Product arrives on 1/20 with terms.in the meantime, I found out it's a scam. Tried calling their cancellation number. Everytime I call a recording comes on saying all circuits are busy.in the meantime because i cannot get thru their phone line. I write a letter saying I do not want to continue this. I send the product back with the letter, paid the shipping my self and told them not to charge my account. Letter sent on 1/30/09 (only because I could not get thru their phone lines).
In the first line of the order summary says upon receit, you'll have 15 days from the date the product was shipped to evaluate the product. I never received the product for 14 days. How can you try a product if you didn't receive it. I can see it they shipped out and you got it in a few days. It also says 15 day trial period included shipping and transit time. Also, I looked for a ship date, no ship date whatsoever. What? Now it's march 29 and they charged my account $78 even after i wrote them the letter. This is clearly a scam and they do not listen to consumer wishes to cancell this after finding out it's clearly a scam. Their phone number is a scam also. Their website trial help is a scam also, could not get any help from the online website either. I want them stopped! My credit card company wasn't any help either. They grilled me on dates and call dates and that made me even madder.
