I named sophisticated wellness study again today. I requested the teeth whitening for 6.99, i had been billed 6.99. 06 and 69.99. I talked to some other repetition today concerning my reimbursement. The very first time i had been offered a 30.00 return since i did so not return the merchandise having a return authorization number. Nowadays, i had been offered a 40.00 return since i did so not return the item within 2 weeks. Remember today, they've received the merchandise back (confirmstion bill by advantages t / tracking-no, etc) and that i still haven't received a reimbursement, therefore today i've no product and no cash back. I requested several times why hadnt i recevied a return call from their customer department that we was told i'd by their account rep on mar. 30th. Nowadays i had been told there is no customer department, i couldnt contact the customer department and the customer department might contact. I really matter of factly informed this repetition, i anticipated a complete refund, a phone from their customer department and that i wouldn't let this fall till i obtained my refund entirely. I'm really lied to and cheated. I'll never purchase anything online again. I'll be contacting my bank quickly in regards to what i have to do to recover my money.
