On February 24th, I discovered XM Brands had charged my debit card $87.47 for a teeth whitening product that I didn't order. I called that day and complained and received a confirmation email from them stating they would promptly refund me within 72 hours. Today is March 26 and guess what? I've continued to call every few days since Feb. 24th and they have done nothing but lie to me and say there is something wrong with their processing dept. And of course... I don't have a refund. Each time I call I have to go through the same routine with them asking me all kinds of info about me then they claim they need to verify my account, (that I never opened), then tell me to wait another few days because there MUST be something wrong with my bank account! This is unbelievable and unethical. They deny that I called them initially on 2-24-10 when I have an email from them to PROVE it! I will NOT sit back and let this happen without doing EVERYTHING within my power to get my refund on a product I didn't even order! Shame on them. They will be judged by a higher authority than me.
