Last Jan. 19, I ordered 2 bottles of "prosvent" (60 day supply) for my Dad via phone. I used my credit card for that order. That was the first & last order I did. Today, I just found out that "prosvent" charged my credit card and they shipped another set of those items without my authorization. So, I called, and the customer representative told me that once the item is shipped, I can no longer return it and I won't be able to get the refund. I was not informed that there is an automatic shipment every two months. I got so mad at the representative, I told him that I have no knowledge about that automatic shipment and that no matter what I will return those items back to them. After that, I immediately called my bank and I filed a dispute against that unauthorized transaction.
