I got an eyebrow tint and wax. The tint was BLACK (it was supposed to be red, and as it faded, it faded to grey, not the promised darker red they claimed it was.) Instead of offering to fix it, I was simply told how to do it myself. My wax job was HORRIBLE. She didn't wax them straight, nor did she pluck any unevenness out. The worst part is how much it stood out because they were black!
When I tried to talk to the manager about how unhappy I was (I was paying a LOT of money for this after all) I was argued with, rather than attempted at being satisfied. She kept telling me that that's how it was supposed to look instead of accepting that I don't like my face to look like a clown's even though she found it acceptable and trying to rectify it!
I was told it was simply such a dark red so that it would fade as I washed my face but not come off completely. So I went home and washed my face repeatedly, even using baking soda like she suggested (since it's MY job to fix their botched work even though I paid them plenty of money to do it right the first time.)
Well as mentioned, as it faded, it faded to GREY! Go figure. So I went back in only to be argued with for an ADDITIONAL half hour, only to be begrudgingly (and rudely) offered store credit. This manager has since come into my work. I was completely polite and professional, but once she recognized me she became quite uppity, turning her nose up at me, so to speak. I will NEVER do business with this company again.
