I ordered the free trial and payed only $3.97 for shipping and handling. But the product never arrived. I tried calling them up but was put on hold for a long time and eventually couldn't get through. Then I found all these usacomplaints.com on the Internet for GNS, I immediately changed my credit card before thay could charge any further. I started receiving e-mail from them askling me to update my credit card information so they can bill me further (for what, I don't know). Now they are threatening me to hand over to collections. I have sent multiple e-mails to them asking them to cancel my order (I haven't received anything yet). They never replied to my e-mails.
I have no idea what these people are upto. All I know they are dangerous. They took the money, but never sent anything. Now they are asking for more money and even threatening with collections! I don't want $3.97 back - they can happily keep it. But, I don't want to pay them any further for products I didn't receive nor do I wish to receive.
I wish I had read all these usacomplaints.com earlier.
