I received my Visa bill only to find a charge for $79.95 ($103 Canadian). When I called, I was told about the 14 day trial. I tried to explain that I had only just received the package 2 days before - that it took almost 10 days to receive, so how did the 14 day trial apply?
I was told I would be refunded but that it clearly states the terms. I then went and checked the small print and although they say they are going to send it to you with a charge, it is unfair practice.in theory, there is no free trial. How can someone have a 14 day trial that starts from when the order takes place? How can you 'evaluate' the product when you don't have it?
Buyer beware - this is very nasty advertising practices.
