On Janaury 30, as a result of someone's testimonial (I think it was Heathers-blog), I agreed to a 14-day free trial of the LiftSp product. All I had to pay was the $4.95 shipping, which I agreed to. Had I known I was subscribing to some $80 / month program, I never would have ordered the stuff in the first place. About a week later, my trial bottle arrived. I felt no compunction to use it right away.
On February 17, my credit card was charged $79.95, and before I'd received the credit card bill for the $4.95 and the $79.95, I was charged another $79.95. I still have only received my "free" trial vial of product, and so far I've been billed $165!
I called the LifeSp customer service line (866-897-2464) to cancel and to get the $160 of unexpected charges off of my credit card. Nate 5308 offered to refund me the second of the $79.95 charges, but not the first. I tried to explain that I don't want the product... I don't even think it works... And I would return any bottles sent my way.
I think this is a 'trick' free trial, and a deliberately deceptive method of stealing money from unsuspecting customers. How dishonest!
