They make it impossible to return the mdse... Without a confirmation number from them, which you must get from them by phoning them. It is impossible to get thru to them via phone... And should you get lucky and get thru to them they put you on hold and no one is on the other end. Consequently they charge your credit card every month for in excess of $70.00, for stuff you did not order nor want. This is worse than a ripoff, they have a license to steal...
