I requested 1 bottle for trial test, at approx.$19.00, it would be a 30 day amount. Approx. 2 weeks after my order arrived, I recieved a 2nd notice that they were prossesing a 2nd order. At this point I contacted the customer service number and requested this order to be terminated. I was then told that when they recieved the shipped item back from me they would refund my $84.00. I never was told about a subscription only one bottle for trial test, at $19.00, not that they would help themselves to my bank account.
When I requested they stop shipment, they said they could'nt do that, which I quickly explained that I am in the shipping business and yes they could, but customer service refused. This whole thing is a disgrace during hard times like this, the system they have is impossible to get your money back, and they still have my credit card info. Please helpe in this matter.
