I recieved a bottle of colon cleanse pro from the above company I never heard of

I recieved a bottle of "colon cleanse pro" from the above company that I did not order. When I contacted the company, they did acknowledge the fact that they did not have all the right information on my account.

I tried to explain to them I did not order their product and that somehow they were given my information and credit card number. They were rude and refused to refund the $4.95 shipping cost. I have the unopened bottle and the package it came in. Also the bottle lists a different address: Garner N.C. 27529
