Somehow, though I never placed an order with this outfit, not even for a trial sample of their dietary supplement, the outfit has accessed my credit card and has billed me $213.67 for the supplement, the delivery of which I refused when the package arrived.interestingly, they had marked on the label of the package that it could not be returned to them, but postal officials told me that the company could not order USPS not to comply with someone's request that an unopened package be returned to the sender.
Repeated attempts to contact this company by telephone have failed — one gets a computerized announcement that, due to a high volume of calls about their product, all representatives are busy helping other customers, and, depending on when one calls them, one will be told that the wait for a representative will be either 5 minutes or half an hour. On those occasions when I've been told the wait is going to be 5 minutes, I have waited for as long as 15, listening to a looped music tape of limited esthetic interest; no representative ever picks up.
I am, of course, disputing the credit card charge, through my banking institution. If anybody has any further info on this outfit, which appears to have a high sleaze quotient, please post it with the other 80 or so complaints that have been filed with consumer complaints. They need to be shut down soonest.
