Company auto-ships product, makes unauthorized charges, refuses to issue credit for returned packages.
Ordered "free trial" in November. Tried first month did not like product. Since that time, I received/returned 5 shipments. Without even opening the packages —I marked them "RETURN TO SENDER, PRODUCT NOT ORDERED". Despite all my credit card was charged each time. Each month I waited for a credit to no avail.
With much persistence (and a web search) and after 4 additional shipments, I was able to get a phone number but was placed on hold for approx 10 minutes prior to making contact. The representative's attitude was extremely rude/defensive from the onset.in addition, she had a very difficult time locating my alleged account. After giving her my email address, name and phone number she stated she needed my credit card number to find my order. I refused and she eventually located me in the data-base by my shipping address.
It was at this point that representative (Autumn) further indicated that they received none of the shipments I returned back! This practice (per the various complaint boards) seems like the companies standard protocol. Upon my conveyed dissatisfaction that this was fraudulent. The response to that statement it was my responsibility to ensure they received the "returned to sender" package. Out of a "courtesy"— she said she would "credit one of the packages".
This is a scam, no contact is possible once the order is placed. Again, and upon doing an internet search for resolution, I was very surprised at the volume of consumer complaints under different names. All have the same experiences.
