My-rx365.com myrx365 Charged me TWICE never sent order.internet

I ordered a prescription from these people was charged a day later, 2 weeks later they kept saying they were sending it and would send me a tracking number. Then charged me a 2nd time. I cant get a hold of anyone by phone, they are sending me strange, insulting messages through their online message part of their site.
