No way to contact them

I bought Ins plan from them and I don't have any way to contact them. Phone # busy all the time and no e-mail address. I gave them the wrong e-mail add. (new) to contact me. Just wondering if they are scam are for real? I'm supposed to get all paper work in the mail next week.
