I fowarded this criticism to Lens.com and also the Better Business Institution on 2/4/09:

I requested 2 set of connections from your own organization on 1/12/09. Order # 926180.

After I received them from your own organization the two right contacts weren't the right attention prescription that my eye-doctor had recommended. I really could not notice out-of them, anything was a cloud within the right-eye. I've my previous set from my eye-doctor which work great. The best contacts you sent me weren't just like my correct lense from my eye doctor.

After I approached your organization, they stated they'd deliver substitutes. Today, the best lense substitutes which were delivered (prescription is proper) are of greatly different shade green compared to remaining & right contacts delivered initially.
