I recently tried 2 samples (Bromalite and Ultra Acai Berry) and apparently somewhere on the web site there must've been extremely small or hidden print that stated if I don't call within 14 days I will receive recurring charges for membership to both products ($69.95 for Bromalite and $79.22 for Ultra Acai Berry) and also was charged for a membership to Fit Factory in the amount of $29.95.
I was unaware I would be receiving these charges for products/services I did not request nor want. I was able to do online chat with Fit Factory and they gave me confirmation numbers for the membership cancellation. I was able to contact Bromalite and get confirmation numbers for the membership cancellation and product refund. I'm unable to contact the vendor for the Ultra Acai Berry charge as the number in my bank statement is invalid or they aren't open on the weekends—I'm trying to get other contact information from my bank based on the charge.
I'm usually very careful about what I order online, but I was furious to see that I unknowingly received 3 charges totaling $179.12 based on two trial purchases of $4.95 each. Buyer beware!
