This company claims to give you a free trial of this "Ultra Acai Berry".in fine print they state that you must return any unused portion within 15 days of receiving it or you will be sent another shipment and charged approx. $80. I received the free trial and immediately called the company. You get a voicemail where you leave a message and no one ever calls you back. I finally did get a human being and she said to send the unused portion back with a tracking method thru the USPS.
I did this before the 15 day trial ended. I even checked to see if they received it. They received it 3 days after I sent it certified mail. I received a call on Sunday morning, 3/15/09 that someone was charging my card in Georgia for Ultra Acai Berry. I told my bank that they were unauthorized charges. They told me that I will have to try and have them charge back the amount and if they will not, I will need to file a dispute with my card company. These people are really taking advantage of individuals in these tough economic times to make a quick buck. It's a shame.
