I ordered a diet supplement on line for a free trial shipment bottle priced at $4.99 per bottle. And used my credit card. The web site stated that you could cancel at anytime and return the free trial bottle before the trial period was up. After receipt of the product called Acai-aSlim before the trial period was up I read the fine print after going back to the web site to reference a phone contact for the customer service department. I found a bogus phone number which was not even activated and was a Ford dealership.
Furthermore, the price of the bottle after the initial trial period was $79.98 which in my opinion is a complete and total rip-off. The active ingredients are as follows: Acai Berry extract 500mg, Resveratrol 20mg, Hawaiian Noni 200mg, Green Tree Extract 200mg. 60 capsules to be taken twice per day. One Am and one PM. The product even if it is the best thing going is not worth $79.98. And in addition to being a bogus phone number they try to charge your card for some fitness counseling through the affilliation with Fit Factory a per mo. Charge of $19.95. Fortunately I was able to cancel this but, when I tried to contact the company to return the Acai-aslim there was no working number and no such company listed with the telephone company.
My advice to consumers is this unless you want to be charged each month for $79.98 automatically with no recourse what so ever avoid this bogus company like the plague!!! Signed regretful.
