I sent a check for $23.85 to ClearPoint Direct.com, P.O. Box 3508, Champlain, NY 12919 on December 15. I ordered item @0231-00 for 2 each Listening Device. My check was deducted from my bank on January 10. I have contacted the company by telephone number 1-888-840-9999 several times. This telephone number has been disconnected. Also sent letters using their address as 1320 Routh 9, Champlain, NY 12919 Their representatives assure me that my items will be sent. I printed a copy of the ad which was in AARP magazine which I have on file. It appears that I will not get my money back, however, I want to warn other people about this SCAM.
