Ordered alistening on dec16 now Jan9 and no product Champlain New York

On Dec 16 I ordered a listening device from clearpoint direct. For $9.99 S. H at $13.90. The amount showed on my M.C. Statement on Dec 17.

It is now Jan 9 the product is paid for and never received.

I want either the device or my money back.
